Mailing List:
There is a mailing list option on the site. The system will record your e-mail address and other information only if volunteered to us by you. This shall be treated as proprietary and confidential. If you subscribe, we will email you periodically with news and website updates. You can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time. Your email address is not passed on to third parties.

Bottomless Brunch –
- Brunch bookings are 3 hours long with 90 mins bottomless drinks starting at the booking time of arrival.
- Last drink orders are 15 minutes before the end of your bottomless period. Guests arriving at 1:30pm, last orders are at 2:45pm. Guests arriving at 3pm, last orders are at 4:15pm.
- Bottomless Drinks include:
– Prosecco
– Mocktails
– Cocktails including Aperol Spritz, Cuba Libre, Mimosa & Strawberry Bellini.
– Corona
– Becks blue
– Soft drinks
– House vodka & Mix.
– House Gin & Mix
– House Pink Gin & Mix - Drinks are limited to one per person at any one time and last for 90 minutes.
- All bookings require payment in advance. A 5% non-refundable per booking fee applies.
- Bottomless drinks will be topped up by waiters. We will only top up drinks that are finished, at our discretion.
- All guests must order from our brunch menu. Brunch package prices are per person and cannot be shared.
- Cancellations: We regret that tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.
- Should you need to move your booking to another date, an amendment fee of £10 per person will be charged at the time of rescheduling. Bookings can only be moved once and within the following 30 days.
- Rescheduling is at our discretion and only for exceptional circumstances.
- Certain seating areas may offer a restricted view of our stage, please enquire at the time of booking.
- It is not always possible to sit large groups together in adjoining seating although every effort will be made to do so.
- If any changes are made to the date of your booking no refund will be given as all booking terms will be applied from the date that was originally booked.
- For groups of 7 or more, a pre-order will be required 7 days before your event for you to choose your brunch dish and first drink. You are only choosing your first drink after this; you can swap for any other drink included within the bottomless drink selection.
- Trained Security Personnel (SIA Approved) at the Venue may exercise the right to conduct random searches of bags or belongings being brought into the venue. Refusal of such a search request may result in the venue refusing access without the right to a refund. Items may be left in our cloakroom, but we cannot be held responsible for any items left with our staff.
- Participants are required to drink responsibly at all times (www.drinkaware.co.uk). Playlist Live reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at any time under the Licensing Act 2003.
- Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer, or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event is moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event. we will have no further liability other than the face value of the cost of the brunch per person less any booking charge.
- Gifts for party members consisting of alcohol will be asked to be left at reception until you leave the venue.
- Playlist Live is the sole provider of all beverages. It is not permitted for anyone to consume their own drinks within the venue. Anyone found to be doing this maybe asked to leave the premises.
- All brunch events purchased are strictly for booking holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
- Playlist Live operates a Challenge 25 policy in line with the standards set by the Retail of Alcohol Standards Group. Should you look under 25 you will be challenged for identification.
- Bottomless Brunch is available for pre-bookings only and availability times may vary.
Dinner –
- Our talented band members are all full-time session musicians, who have exceptional skills & a large repertoire of songs. We require a minimum food spend of £10 per person to facilitate such a level of talent on our stage. We therefore require all guests who join us for dinner and drinks to order a main dish from our menu.
- Any guests wanting to book a table with us will need to complete a card authentication to confirm the reservation. Your card details are securely held for any late cancellation or no-show purposes. A charge of £20 per person will apply for any cancellations made up to 72 hours of the booking or for failing to attend on the night.
- We get extremely busy & highly recommend booking in advance. Click here to book with us.
- Please make sure all guests arrive promptly to the reservation time to avoid any delays as we may need to request the table back after your allocated time in peak times. We will only hold your table for 15 minutes from the time that it is booked. If you are held up for any reason and know you will be running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

Dinner Pre-orders
- For Saturday dinner bookings, we require all groups of 4 or more to complete a pre-order. This policy is in place to ensure you receive the best possible service on the night. It also helps us as a business accommodate the high demand, as all our meals are prepared and cooked fresh to order.
- Once the pre-order is complete you are liable for the calculated total of the order, this can be paid in advance or at the venue once you have arrived. Any bookings that fail to attend their booking or cancel within 24 hours of the booking will result in the full cost of the pre-order total being charged to the card we have on file.
- Once a pre-order is made, changes can be made up to 24 hours before your booking but please be aware no changes can be made within 24 hours or on the evening.
- If you have any dietary requirements, please let the sales team know ahead of your booking so we can make a note of it.
Drinks –

- Pre-orders cannot be changed on the night and money spent on food cannot be exchanged for drinks.

Pre-Orders & Packages
We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for all pre-ordered Drinks packages and 7 days for a dinner/brunch pre-order of 7 guests or more. Once a pre-order is made, changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to your booking but please be aware no changes can be made within 24 hours or on the evening.
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol in the UK. Pre-ordering alcohol at the time of booking is not proof of age. If you are unable to provide valid identification as proof of age upon arrival, you may be refused service. Please note, if you are unable to produce valid ID, you will not receive a refund. There are no exceptions to this term.
Cancellations: We regret that pre-ordered packages cannot refunded after purchase, unless with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
Offers
OFFERS/DISCOUNTS/COMPETITIONS:
- Occasionally the venue may offer promotions. These cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless specifically provided for. Pre-purchased Brunch tickets will not be refunded, and no promotion can be applied retrospectively.
- Any Brunch tickets won in competitions or promotions cannot be put up for re-sale or exchanged for another day unless specifically agreed. Tickets if found to break this rule will be cancelled immediately.
Bar Tabs
Bar tabs can be opened during off-peak times but must be paid before leaving the premises. Failure to Pay any outstanding bill before leaving the venue will result in the payment plus a £10 admin fee being charged to the card that was used to confirm the booking.
Pre-paid bar – Any unspent spends from the bar tab is non-refundable.
Christmas 2024 dinner & Drinks bookings
Booking Confirmation
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is based on the total cost of the event and must be paid at the time of booking.
- All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Pre-Order Requirements
- All guests are required to pre-order their food selections at least 4 weeks before the event date. A menu will be provided for selection via email from Creventa·
- Failure to submit food choices by the deadline may result in limited menu options on the day of the event.
Full Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than four (4) weeks before the event date.
- If full payment is not received by this time, Playlist Live reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event will result in the loss of the deposit only.
- Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event will result in the loss of the full payment.
Amendments to Guest Numbers
- Any changes to guest numbers must be communicated at least 7 days before the event date.
- Reductions in guest numbers after this date may not result in a reduction in the total event cost.
Dietary Requirements
- Please notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of pre-ordering to ensure we can accommodate them.
- Playlist Live will not be liable for any adverse reactions if dietary requirements are not communicated in advance.
Event Conduct
- Playlist Live reserves the right to remove any individual or group behaving inappropriately or causing disruption during the event.
Force Majeure
- Playlist Live will not be held liable for any cancellations or alterations due to events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
- Playlist Live accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property during the event.

Terms and Conditions for Christmas Private Venue Hire.
1. General Information
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the hire of Playlist Love (“the Venue”) for private events, particularly during the Christmas season. By booking our Venue, you (“the Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
· 2. Booking Confirmation and Deposit
2.1 A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the agreed minimum spend.
2.2 The deposit must be paid at the time of the booking to secure the reservation. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the cancellation of the provisional booking.
· 3. Minimum Spend Requirements
3. Minimum Spend Requirements
3.1 The Customer agrees to meet a minimum spend, which is calculated during the initial enquiry for the private hire of the Venue. This amount can be spent on food, beverages, and entertainment services provided by the Venue.
3.2 If the minimum spend is not met, the Customer will be charged the difference.
· 4. Payment Terms
4.1 Full payment for any pre-ordered food, drinks & entertainment packages must be made at least 4 weeks before the event date.
4.2 Prepaid bar tabs are required to be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable, regardless of actual consumption.
4.3 Payment for additional food, drink, or entertainment services ordered on the day of the event must be made on the same day before departure.
4.4 All payments are to be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
· 5. Entertainment Packages
5.1 Entertainment packages, if required, are at the cost of the Customer. This includes but is not limited to DJs, live bands, or any other hired entertainment.
5.2 The Customer must provide full details of any external entertainment, which is subject to approval by the Venue.
5.3 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any external entertainment providers have appropriate licenses, insurance, and adhere to the Venue’s health and safety regulations.
· 6. Decorations
6.1 The Customer is permitted to bring their own decorations for the event, subject to prior approval by the Venue.
6.2 All decorations must comply with the Venue’s health and safety regulations. Decorations must not cause damage to the Venue’s property, including but not limited to walls, fixtures, and fittings.
6.3 The use of candles, confetti, glitter, or any items that may cause a fire hazard or excessive cleaning is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by the Venue.
6.4 The Customer is responsible for removing all decorations at the end of the event. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning or disposal charges.
· 7. Cancellations and Amendments
7.1 In the event of a cancellation by the Customer, the following charges will apply:
· More than 4 weeks before the event: Loss of deposit
· 4 weeks or less before the event: the full amount of the total minimum spend or pre-paid amount
7.2 Any amendments to the booking, including changes in guest numbers or catering requirements, must be made no later than 4 weeks before the event.
· 8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 The Customer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests and any damages caused to the Venue during the event.
8.2 Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will result in additional charges, which the Customer agrees to pay.
· 9. Venue Rights and Responsibilities
9.1 The Venue reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who is deemed to be intoxicated, disruptive, or does not comply with the Venue’s policies.
9.2 The Venue will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the event unless caused by the Venue’s negligence.
· 10. Force Majeure
10.1 The Venue shall not be held responsible for any cancellation or change in booking due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, fire, flood, or government restrictions.
· 11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Region].
12. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming the booking and paying the deposit, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
