Yes, when you make your enquiry, it goes into an unconfirmed booking list. We confirm enquiries by taking card details. No money is charged on your card. If there is a no-show on the day of your booking, a charge will occur. However, if for any reason you cannot make your booking and you let us know within the 48 hour time frame we can move your booking to another date with no charges.
We work on a 2-hour table allocation. After your sitting, you are welcome to join us at the bar – subject to government guidelines.
No, we are strictly an over 18’s establishment.
Playlist Live operates a Challenge 25 policy in line with the standards set by the Retail of Alcohol Standards Group. Should you look under 25 you will be challenged for identification.

Yes. We offer Christmas party options for businesses of all sizes, from small team celebrations through to exclusive venue hire and full company takeovers.

CAN I HIRE THE VENUE FOR A CHRISTMAS PARTY?
Absolutely. Private and exclusive Christmas party bookings are available, subject to availability. Please contact our team to discuss your requirements.
Smart Casual or Dress to impress. Whatever the occasion, we want you to feel comfortable at Playlist Live. However we do not allow sportscaps to be worn inside. No tracksuits or gym wear. Please refrain from wearing dirty trainers, smart clean trainers are acceptable.
We are an all-request-based concept, so you decide. Write your song on one of our request slips and hand it to your waiter for our musicians to play. Our non-stop live music at your request is available on Fridays and Saturdays only.
