Hand sanitiser will be provided on all of our tables.
CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?
Yes, when you make your enquiry, it goes into an unconfirmed booking list. We confirm enquiries by taking card details. No money is charged on your card. If there is a no-show on the day of your booking, a charge will occur. However, if for any reason you cannot make your booking and you let us know within the 48 hour time frame we can move your booking to another date with no charges.

CAN I KEEP MY BOOKED TABLE ALL NIGHT?
We work on a 2-hour table allocation. After your sitting, you are welcome to join us at the bar – subject to government guidelines.
CAN UNDER 18S VISIT PLAYLIST LIVE?
No, we are strictly an over 18’s establishment.
Playlist Live operates a Challenge 25 policy in line with the standards set by the Retail of Alcohol Standards Group. Should you look under 25 you will be challenged for identification.
Accepted forms of Identification are:
- UK Driving Licence
- Proof of age card such as the PASS card.
DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE?
We do not have an official dress code.
WHAT MUSIC DO THE MUSICIANS PLAY?
We are an all-request-based concept, so you decide. Write your song on one of our request slips and hand it to your waiter for our musicians to play. Our non-stop live music at your request is available on Fridays and Saturdays only.
