2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights concerning this website’s design, text, graphics and other materials are owned by Playlist Live or our licensors. Playlist Live is a registered trademark and may not be used for any reason without permission.

3. Photography and videography rights 

We may have a photographer or videographer attend Playlist Live during your visit. Any content captured may be used for marketing purposes (Social Media, Website, press releases and more). If you do not wish to be in any photographs or videos, please let the sales team know in advance. 

  1. Bookings:

To ensure your bookings runs smoothly we have a couple of terms and conditions. If you have any queries regarding our terms & conditions, please contact us on 0118 212 0720 for further information.

Please see below:

Brunch –

  • Brunch bookings are 2.5 hours long with 90 mins bottomless drinks starting at the booking time of arrival.
  • Last drink orders are 15 minutes before the end of your slot.
  • Bottomless drinks are option per person & cannot be swapped or changed. Drinks include:
    – Prosecco
    – Mocktails
    – Cocktails including: Aperol Spritz, Cuba Libre, Mimosa & Raspberry Bellini.
    – Corona
    – Peroni 0% or Becks blue
    – Soft drinks
    – Absolut vodka & Mix.
  • All bookings require payment in advance of £29.95 per person. A £1.95 per booking fee applies
  • Bottomless drinks will be topped up by waiters. We will only top up drinks that are finished, at our discretion.
  • All guests must order from our brunch menu. Brunch package prices are per person and cannot be shared.
  • Cancellations: We regret that tickets cannot refunded after purchase, unless with minimum 14 days’ notice. 
  • Brunch Bookings are non transferrable for the same date. You can amend your booking under exceptional circumstances to another date within 30 days of the original event. This change can be made only once.
  • Participants are required to drink responsibly at all times (www.drinkaware.co.uk)
  • Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer, or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
  • The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
  • All brunch events purchased are strictly for booking holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
  • Bottomless Brunch is available for pre-bookings only and availability times may vary.
  • Music: As a request-based venue, you can of course request ANY song you please, however, the brunches’ theme will take centre stage.

Dinner – 

  • Our talented band members are all full-time session musicians, who have exceptional skills & a large repertoire of songs. We require a minimum spend per person to facilitate such a level of talent on our stage. We therefore require all guests to join us for Dinner & Drinks under our set menu offer. Enjoy a 2-course meal with complimentary glass of bubbles from £21.95.
    Any guests wanting to book A table for drinks only will be required to have a party of 10 guests minimum with a deposit of £10pp authentication.

  • We will only hold your table for 15 minutes from the time it is booked. If you are held up for any reason and know you will be running late please let us know as soon as possible. 
  • Depending on your group size, you will have your table for 2 hours – 4 hours from the time of your booking, after your sitting you are welcome to join us for drinks at the bar.
  • If you have booked for 8 guests or more, we will require a pre order 48 hours prior to your booking.
  • Once a pre order is made, changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to your booking but please be aware no changes can be made within the 24 hours or on the evening.
  • If you have any dietary requirements, please let the sales team know ahead of your booking so we can make a note of it.
  • During confirmation we asked for card details to secure your booking, no money is taken from your card it is just in the case of a late cancellation. 
  • Cancellations: All bookings are secured with a £10 authentication per person. Failure to cancel your booking within 48 hours will result in the authentication being claimed.

Drinks –

  • Any guests wanting to book A table for drinks only will be required to have a party of 10 guests minimum with a deposit of £10pp authentication.

  • You have the table for the whole duration of the evening, we aim to sit 1 in 5 people.
  • If you would like to pre-order before your booking please ask one of our sales team to send a pre-order link. Pre-orders for drinks tables must be completed and paid in full 24 hours ahead of your booking.
  • Pre-orders cannot be changed on the night and money spent on food cannot be exchanged for drinks.
  • If you have any dietary requirements, please let the sales team know ahead of your booking so we can make a note of it.

6. Offers 

– Free cocktail:

This offer is for ONE free cocktail only. Available to use on Friday between 5pm and 7pm. Free cocktail offer is NOT valid during December. You can only claim a free cocktail once. You will only receive one email, to claim your one free cocktail. Cannot be redeemed during December. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Management reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Valid form of ID may be required. 

– Student Discounts:

Valid student I.D is required to redeem any of our student discounts. All discounts are only valid until 9pm.  Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Cannot be exchanged for money value or refunded. Management reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Playlist Live reserves the right to terminate or change the discounts at any time. Not valid during our Saturday brunch sessions. 

– Free Starter:

*with a main meal purchase! Available Sunday – Thursday, all day and night. Cannot be redeemed Friday and Saturday or during December. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Cannot be exchanged for money value or refunded.

– Free shot:

Free shot vouchers are limited to one per customer and the bearer must be over 18 to redeem.  Free shot is determined by Management and Management have the right to alter or vary this offer at any time.  Rights of admission are reserved.  Drinking to excess will not be tolerated and service will be refused. – £10 on us:

Minimum spend of £20 applies to redeem. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Cannot be redeemed against our bottomless brunch set prices. 1 voucher per table per visit. Valid from 1st January 2022 until 28th February 2022. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

– All Offers: 

Cannot be redeemed during December. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Cannot be exchanged for money value or refunded. Management reserve the right to refuse service at any time.Valid form of ID may be required. 

7. Identification:

Playlist Live operates a Challenge 25 policy in line with the standards set by the Retail of Alcohol Standards Group.  Should you look under 25 you will be challenged for identification.

Accepted forms of Identification are:

  • UK Driving Licence
  • Passport
  • Proof of age card such as the PASS card.
